We have promoted Foam Concrete technology in Vietnam since 15 years and have our own technology for setting up light weight blocks making plant. Oour equipment has been exported to Indonesia, India, Spain, Venezuela, Phillipines, Malaysia, and other countries.
Actually we can produce all eqmnt related to CLC blocks manufacturing plant:
- Foam Concrete batching plant with complete automatic control system. The configuration depends on Buyer's request. capacity up to 80-150 cbm/day. You can buy only the critical components from us and make/buy other components locally based on our design.
- Foam generators: we produce two potable models: FoamMaster I and FoamMaster II with max capacity of 300l/min and 500 l/min, small sizes, very light, robust and easy to use. These machine only need compressed air for operation . It can be used with any Foaming agent
- Molds for casting blocks: we make big molds for casting big mass block, then cut into small bricks of any size by our wire cutting machine.
- Foam Concrete block cutting machine, which allow you to cut big mass block (standard is 1220 x 1210 x Hmm) into many bricks at one time, helping you to save many cost in molds making, maintenances, cleaning, demolding agent and give the bricks clean and special surfaces for easy plastering and laying.
- Mixer: we design and manufacture special mixer suitable for foam concrete, allowing fast and efficient mixing action, assuring uniform and high quality of mortar.
